We've always had online appointments for interstate and rural patients - but since dreaded lockdowns, we’re seen more and more people take advantage of the convenience of Telehealth appointments. Our experienced, reputable, caring practitioners are here for you whether you’re at home, work or interstate.

How telehealth works
Rather than see you in the same physical location, we meet you where you are - online. You can use your phone, tablet or computer from home, your office or wherever suits you.
We’ll meet using secure software made especially for healthcare, to maintain your privacy and security.
Examples of how telehealth works for typically face-to-face physical services
Dietetics & Nutrition
Your Accredited Practicing Dietitian will assess your diet and eating habits. What are your health goals? What conditions are you suffering from - now - or at risk of suffering from later in life?
You'll then receive advice about how to achieve your goals through diet and lifestyle changes.
If weight loss or weight gain is a goal for you, you may need to do your own measurements. Otherwise, these consults offer the same wonderful service as a face-to-face consultation.
Counselling & Psychology
This is easy! Everything can be done as it would at a face-to-face Counselling consultation or Psychology appointment.
We’ll listen to your concerns. Gain an understanding of how you feel. Then you’ll learn breathing, meditation and psychological techniques specifically tailored for you.
Naturopathy
Lots of questions will be asked. This gives a baseline understanding of where your health is at and what your goals are.
Your nails, skin, eyes are all a clue into your wellbeing. So you'll be asked to look at the camera for your Naturopath to see and assess you. Your tailored nutrition and lifestyle plan will be created and discussed.
What foods can you add to your diet to meet your micro and macronutrient requirements?
What herbs and spices can be added to foods for extra nourishment?
What can you drink to help reach your goals?
These - and more - are what we’ll help you with. In addition, a unique herbal blend or supplement regime may be recommended. For any products you need, we offer express delivery or pick up from our clinic.
Neuro-Rehabilitation

From there, your home exercise plan will be updated. This may include:

4 Easy steps
Book your consultation as you normally would - online selecting ONLINE appointment options or by contacting us.
Prepay for your appointment.
Click link to join. No downloads or logins.
Have your consultation wherever you are comfortable.
Let’s run through each step:
1. Book
If booking online, select 'ONLINE TELEHEALTH' appointment of your preference. Otherwise, contact us to book in and let us know you'd like it online. This ensures you get the link sent to you for the appointment.
2. Prepay
If booking online, you'll be prompted to make payment to complete your booking. This is a secure and safe online payment portal.
Otherwise, one of our staff will email you the invoice a week prior with options for bank transfer or card payments via Stripe. This needs to be completed 24 hours prior to your appointment.
3. Confirmation Email
Minutes after booking your appointment, you'll receive an email. This email contains information how to connect, the link for the appointment and other helpful details.
You’ll receive a reminder in the days leading up to your appointment with the link as well.
4. Appointment
A few minutes before your appointment start time, click on the link in your confirmation email. You'll be taken to your internet browser and asked to use your camera and microphone.
The camera allows us to see you - you'll also be able to see us to have your appointment by video. When you hang up, the camera & microphone will turn off automatically.
You need to click the pink button to join the call.
Cancellations, Reschedules and Refunds
If you need to change your appointment, please let us know with as much notice as possible.
If you've already paid, there's two options for refunds:
Ask us to credit your account for your next appointment or product purchase. This is all tracked so your money won't be "lost".
