Initial Consultation
| Pre-Consultation Assessment | Prior to your initial consultation, you'll be emailed your pre-consultation form. Here we'll learn about you - what your troubles are now and in the past, what your goals are and much more. |

| Health Assessment | We'll dig deeper when we meet face to face or online. Here we really get into the nitty gritty of your health and wellbeing. |
| Lifestyle & Diet Assessment | Diet is more than just the food we eat. There's different motivators to eat. Different day to day routines affecting how much and what you need. |
| Personalised Dietary Plan | Taking into consideration your goals, food preferences and current habits, you'll receive a detailed plan of attack. We'll share resources to help you achieve your goals and check in on you to keep you on track. |
Follow Up Consultations
| Progress Review | How are you tracking? Have you been able to see results already or do we need to tweak your plan? |

| Education | We'll empower you with knowledge. When you understand why you are making a specific change, you can be in control. You'll understand where you can 'cheat' and where you need to be strict. |

Initial dietetic consultations must be in person, but follow up consultations can occur online.
Referrals
Medicare, NDIS, Principal Support Scheme, WorkSafe and other referers may contribute to the full or partial costs of appointments.
