Iesha is a warm and passionate dietitian who takes a personalised approach to helping her clients achieve their health and wellness goals. She understands that every individual is unique, and she is committed to tailoring her advice to suit your specific needs, lifestyle, and preferences.
Iesha has a keen interest in a range of health areas, including:
Metabolic conditions: pre-diabetes, type 1 & type 2 diabetes, high cholesterol, high blood pressure (hypertension) and liver disease
Gut health and digestive conditions: Coeliac disease, irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), inflammatory bowel disease (IBD including Crohns and ulcerative colitis) and food intolerances
Women’s health: endometriosis, adenomyosis, PCOS and fertility-pregnancy-postpartum
Endocrinology, auto-immune & genetic disorders: rheumatoid arthritis, cystic fibrosis, inborn errors of metabolism and movement disorders.
Paediatrics (Kids): optimise nutritional intake for fussy eaters and growth concerns
With a passion for evidence-based practice, Iesha stays at the forefront of nutrition research, regularly reading and contributing to advancements in her field. She believes in empowering her clients to make sustainable, manageable changes, offering compassionate support and dietary counselling every step of the way.

- Bachelor of Science (Nutritional Therapy)
- Bachelor of Food & Nutrition
- Master of Dietetic Practice
- Accredited Practicing Dietitian (APD)
- Accredited Nutritionist (AN)
